Paula Patton files for divorce from Robin Thicke

The inevitable has happened. After eight months of being separated from husband Robin Thicke, Puala Patton has finally filed for a divorce saying that “irreconcilable differences” have appeared between them after her husband of eight years became embroiled in cheating allegations earlier this year. Along with the filing of the divorce, the “Mission Impossible” actress has also sought for joint physical and legal custody of their 4-year-old son, Julian Fuego. However, she hasn’t made any demands for any kind of spousal support.  

Where property rights have been listed as ‘yet to be determined’, the case has been filed as pro per meaning that no attorney would be involved. This is quite reasonable since the split appears to be amicable. A source close to the coupe has informed Daily News that everything is happening peacefully.

The couple who has been married since eight years got separated in February this year and five months into the separation their Los Angeles mansion was listed at $2.9 million. We are quite sure things aren’t easy for Patton herself but the American-Canadian singer is totally crushed with this filing and we are aware of all the efforts directed towards winning his high school sweetheart back soon after the split.
