Renee Zellweger revealed her new look at the Elle Magazine’s annual Women in Hollywood party on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles. She recently had plastic surgery done on her face which included botox and some fillers. She also had her eyelids done. Most people were surprised but Renee didn’t mind at all. Renee said she was glad that people actually noticed that she was looking different.
While talking to People Magazine, Renee Zellweger said that she feels healthier and happier. She started with a schedule that was undoable but she continued her efforts despite the odds. She was inspired to follow her healthier lifestyle by her boyfriend Doyle Braham who accompanies her in her healthy lifestyle she said that she is at an age where she needs a peaceful life.
“I’m glad folks think I look different! I’m living a different, happy, more fulfilling life, and I’m thrilled that perhaps it shows,” Zellweger said.
She knows what it feels like to be the center of attention when it comes to paparazzi and she expects them to come digging in her life because of her new look. Renee would like to tell them that if a person makes change in their life, it doesn’t mean that they have something phenomenal going on in their lives.
“My friends say that I look peaceful. I am healthy,” Zellweger added. “For a long time I wasn’t doing such a good job with that. I took on a schedule that is not realistically sustainable and didn’t allow for taking care of myself. Rather than stopping to recalibrate, I kept running until I was depleted and made bad choices about how to conceal the exhaustion. I was aware of the chaos and finally chose different things.”
Renee is leading a life that is private and quiet and she would like it to stay that way. She is a whole different person and only her boyfriend and her closest friend really know her. She said that beside the plastic surgery, all that has changed in her is the result of her healthier and happier lifestyle and she is comfortable in her own skin.
She recently participated in the ALS Association Golden West Chapter’s annual Walk to Defeat ALS in Los Angeles to support her long friend and publicist Nancy Ryder who is battling ALS.
