Amanda Bynes Parents planning to Hand Over the Conservatorship

Amanda Bynes parents are willing to surrender the conservatorship and that they will be moving to Texas.

So that’s it for Amanda Bynes. Her parents have finally given up and now it looks like they will file for legal docs in the upcoming days. TMZ has learned that they will be handing over the conservatorship of their daughter to some other person. The conservatorship is most likely to be handed over to a mental professional.

A mental professional is a person that has the necessary skills to deal with people who have mental illnesses such as Amanda. Amanda Bynes was one of the most popular teenage stars of her time but now it seems like her popularity graph is going downwards.

Her parents will be asking the judge to transfer the conservatorship of Amanda in some days. The parents are currently living in California and they also have an older daughter. The daughter lives in Texas and that is why the parents are going to be moving to another state.

Amanda’s parents believe that their daughter is out of their influence and that they can’t take it anymore. They are tired and done with their daughter. Currently Amanda is mad with her parents because they control all of her money.

But her parents believe once someone else has control of Amanda’s money, she will stop lashing out towards that person. Her parents believe that she could make a good relationship with the person that will control her conservatorship.

Amanda Bynes was released from a psychiatric hospital just last week ago. She received treatment and she was placed under an involuntary hold. While she was at the hospital, her parents were at the court where the judge told the parents that they now control all of Amanda’s decisions.

Since the time Amanda learned that her money was under her parent’s control, she has lost her mind and has went on Twitter and posted a lot of crazy material. She once posted that her dad was physically and sexually assaulting her. The main problem was about the money. She wants more of her money but her parents only allow $50 a day.

After the conservatorship has been transferred, Amanda will have a money manager who will make all decision about Amanda’s finances. Her parents believe that moving to Texas is the right decision. They believe that when they will have distance between each other, it will help them repair their relationship.

Amanda was also arrested by the DUI and has a drug problem. Her parents believe that she will stop acting out once they move to Texas. Amanda went on twitter this week and posted that she has bipolar disorder and has manic depression. She later tweeted that her friend had her phone and she posted the news earlier.
