Suge Knight surrenders in Court

Suge Knight surrendered in court after a case was filed against him on robbing a camera from a journalist/photographer.

Recently a case was filed against Suge for robbing off a camera of a journalist. He appeared in court so that he could formerly surrender himself in front of judge. He was accompanied with his lawyer. When he surrendered in court he was provided with empathy by the judge.

The judge was pretty sympathetic with Suge Knight. He said it was irritating that celebrities had to face so many problems in their real lives. He said that at times paparazzi made it difficult for the celebrities to enjoy their private life. 

The judge also emphasized by saying that he could identify with Knight’s behavior. He also said that any celebrity could have gotten angry if paparazzi would have taken shots of their children without permission.

Knight was in Vegas since his arrest warrants have been issued. He was not allowed to go anywhere and was seen interacting with his lawyer only. His lawyer is James Blatt who had given him the idea of surrendering. 

Knight’s case was judged by Judge Keith Schwartz. He said that he was unable to cut the punishment of Knight but he could sympathize with him. He said that he snatched the camera from journalist as she took pictures of Knight’s children without permission.

Knight can be sentenced to prison for 40 years if the verdict comes against him. However he is given the chance of bail upon payment of $500,000. The Judge also mentioned a similar case in which Justin Bieber was chased by journalists and photographers in L.A. He said that it was ridiculous that a celebrity had no privacy. 

However, Knight has not gotten any bail yet as he did not submit any money for it. Thus he was sent to custody again until his lawyer gets off with a bail. 49-year-old rapper was charged with this case when he and Katt Williams snatched the camera of a photographer.

This incident was happened in Beverly Hills. Williams can be sentenced to prison for 30 years if charges are proved against him. It was confirmed by Beverly Hills Police department that investigations were going on after arresting them. The Attorney of District told that this incidence occurred outside a studio where Suge was invited in a party.

If the charges are proven and Knight is found guilty then he can bear painful consequences. He can be charged with robbery and assault of a person. As it is said that he was carrying a deadly weapon at that time as well so the punishment can get worse if he is proven guilty. 

There are several photos that were taken after the particular incident. Most of the pictures show a woman with an injured finger. However, nor Knight neither Williams was seen in any of the photos. It is said that both of them ran away from the scene when police arrived.
