Lenovo will be introducing ThinkVision X24 monitor and ThinkPad Stack mix and match accessories at the CES 2015.
Lenovo a leader of PC computing has announced today that the company will introduce its latest ThinkPad 2015 product portfolio at the CES 2015. It will feature the latest generation ThinkPad X1 Carbon which is the world’s lightest 14 inch performance ultrabook.
Lenovo will also be celebrating its 100 million units shipped. The company still continues to build on its unique heritage which is enjoyed by loyal fans around the globe.
Moreover Lenovo will also introduce the ThinkVision X24 monitor which is equipped with ultra-thin IPS panel technology. The company will also unveil the ThinkPad Stack which is a unique power bank that will offer mix and match interlocking accessories to maximize productivity and minimize clutter.
Yang Yuanqing the chairman and CEO of Lenovo stated that since the original ThinkPad 700, the ThinkPad developers have continued their hard work in order to make each new ThinkPad better than the last and reaching the 100 million units sold proves that they are succeeding in their hard work.
The CEO further stated that when the company had bought IBM’s PC business they had made a promise to make the ThinkPad franchise better than ever. He explained that today this franchise is one of the most respected brands in the industry and has helped Lenovo reach the number 1 in the global PC industry.
Mr. Yang also said that despite Lenovo is entering into new areas such as mobile devices, ecosystem and cloud computing and servers, the ThinkPad franchise will still remain the company’s focus. He also said that it is an honor to continue working for this legendary brand and that he looks forward to more ThinkPad celebrations.
Now this third generation X1 Carbon has kept the ThinkPad brand equity tradition alive. It is the lightest 14 inch performance ultrabook in the world and also comes with some new never seen before features.
These features include a super bright FHD display for the best viewing experience and a PCIe solid state drive. This drive will give 80 percent faster storage performance than the standard SSDs.
Plus this new model by Lenovo is also the most mobile ever. It even has longer battery life and weighs less than 2.9 pounds. It is equipped with the 5th Generation Intel Core processors and a bunch of accessories.
Coming to the new ThinkVision X24 by Lenovo, one would be delighted to see the elegant and gorgeous borderless screen. It is just 7.5mm thin and can be the centerpiece of any desk space.
The product also features a next generation Neo Blade 23.8 inch panel and is also equipped with a unique pre-coated metal surface technology in place of a traditional rear cover that enhances the new premium design.
Plus as the screen is alos equipped with IPS panel, the screen has Full HD resolution with a wide 178 degree viewing angle and HDMI digital connectivity. The ThinkPad stack by Lenovo is basically made for mobility. Through a magnetized interlocking design, the Stack accessories take up less space and store more than the traditional options.
