The company is focusing on core features and rethinking the inclusion of more obscure ones
We know that users weren’t so happy with the Android overlay and but looks like the company has finally heard these criticisms. TouchWiz introduces new features with each new generation and currently is one of the most functional UIs around us however it asks for some serious amounts of resources in order to run smoothly. Optimizations are coming our way and Samsung is expected to have focused on core features and it is also going over and considering some inclusion of more obscure ones.
According to the sources in Korea, company memes have been saying the proprietary skin will be performing at the level of Google’s Nexus 6. And from what we have heard, we would not have to wait so much for the smartphone as it is coming out as early as next month and the global launch of it has been scheduled for the MWC event in March.
Trial production for the smartphone has already started in the company’s Vietnamese plant and the phone will enter the mass production mode by next month. We are once again hearing confirmation regarding the rumored unibody of the successor to the Galaxy S5. It is also being said that another dual-edge version is also under the way where the major change is going to be the relocation of the power button to the top of the device and the speaker to the bottom.
