GoPro hooks up with Vislink for Live Wireless HD Broadcast

GoPro hooked up with Vislink to provide a professional grade, live, HD wireless broadcast solution for its GoPro HERO4 cameras.

Yesterday, we told you about Apple’s patent to make GoPro like wearable action cameras. GoPro shares plunged after Apple granted this patent as there were rumors that Apple will make its own wearable action cams that are expected to be much better than GoPro. But today, GoPro fought back by announcing a all-new and amazing service for its GoPro HERO4 cameras. GoPro Live is the right answer to Apple.

Live wireless HD video transmission was arranged thanks to a partnership between GoPro and Vislink. The tiniest, most featherweight and least energy-consuming transmitter got made by the companies on a joint basis.

GoPro happens to be the maker of some of the most interactive and amazing stuff on the face of the planet. As for Vislink, it is a leading edge world-renowned high tech provider. It is adept in the collation, handling and transmission of of video and info on film.

The bond between GoPro and Vislink will go a long way towards the provision of a facility of HD live transmission. The twin companies have collaborated on producing a transmitter that is so diminutive that it /4/be worn in the smallest nooks, crannies and crevices.

Thus live sports events and other occasions /4/be caught with high fidelity by this device. This baby will be showcased during the Winter X Games 2015 in Aspen and at the AMA Monster Energy Supercross event.

GoPro cameras have been previously employed in sporting events as athlete-affixed devices and put on equipment as well. But up until now the whole filming process has been a jerky and haphazard procedure. Now however all that is about to  change for the better.

The new device will allow high definition shots and video clips of the event that can then be integrated into television content. GoPro is all set to change the game as far as audience viewership is concerned.
