Top analyst says it should happen

It has always been known that when leading analyst Ming Chi Kuo says something it most likely is the truth. This mantra can be most certainly attributed to the KGI Securities analyst when it comes to Apple and the release of the Apple Watch. Kuo in the past hit the nail on the head if you say when it came to the iPad and the iPhone and if everything pans out, he will be correct with the Apple Watch. Kuo says that the Apple Watch will start being shipped and available in early March of this year which is the same information that has been leaked on to the internet for the past two weeks.

In a recent report that has been published online, Kuo says that more and more information about the Apple Watch will come out in the next couple weeks leading up to the March release date. So far, there has been information about the operating system that will power the Apple Watch, the apps that have been developed for it and the logistics of the battery that will power the Apple Watch. Kuo has added that he expects that Apple will see a modestly high amount of Apple Watch units being shipped during the first quarter of 2015. He thinks that number should be around 3 million smartwatches going into the hands of consumers.

In the same report that Kuo noted the Apple Watch, the analyst says that Apple has started to ramp up production of the new 12 inch MacBook Air. Quanta Computer is the company that supplies Apple and Kuo states that this new notebook should also come on to the consumer market right about the same time that the Apple Watch does. Some of the new features that will come with this computer is a low powered Intel Core M Processor and a reversible USB Type C Connector. With this being said, the first quarter of 2015 is looking to be a big one for Apple.
