Apple Watch videos show how the device is going to work

There are four different videos on Apple Watch’s new ‘Guided Tours’ webpage

A special webpage has been dedicated to the Apple Watch where various videos demonstrate how the device is going to work. There are four videos on the site which shed some light on the main features of the watch. There is one video which gives a general overview and the other three focus on Messages, Faces and the Digital Touch.

The video detailing all the possible features associated with messaging shows how the users will be able to make use of the touch gesture, wrist movement, Digital Crown spins and voice input to dismiss, reply or send text-based communications. The little tour through the video also highlights quick glances, email, the Quickboard machine-generated responses and the animated emojis.

The other Digital Touch video is slightly related to Messages as it shows how users can use the watch to communicate with their friends. A button below the Digital Crown is going to bring up the radial menu of friends and this menu further allows users to make calls, send messages or make use of the Digital Touch. However, a Digital Touch message can only be sent when your friend is also wearing the Apple Watch.

The Faces video is quite interesting and demonstrates different videos in which you can customize the watch faces with swipes, taps and the Digital Crown. There is a wide range of variations, some of them being inspired by the traditional watch looks.
