Game of Thrones Men talk Sex, Power and Death

The men of the Game of Thrones drama series on television divulged some manly secrets they employed on the show.

Men, they are hip and happening and virtually dripping with testosterone especially when it comes to women. The male cast member of Game of Thrones are basically four in number. And they are: Iain Glen, Kit Harington, Alfie Allen and last but not least Nikolaj Coster-Waldau.

This time around on what was the fifth season of the brutally realistic drama, they lent some much-needed opinions on what they went through to make the scenes come to life on the reel for audiences. 

Iain told the Mirror that the violent and bloody portrayal of fight sequences on Game of Thrones match real life. But then he said that there were light fairy romances too to counter the blood and gore.

He also spoke of how political correctness was not a strong suit of the show. The dwarf got handled roughly but that only proved that he was equal to anyone else. The fact that anything goes on the show shows its “reality bites” nature. Iain said that being on set was challenging and rewarding at the same time.

As for Kit Harington, he said that he was unsure who would get to place his or her ass on the throne. As a very respectful gentleman on screen, Kit also said that no smart phones are allowed lest someone take a surreptitious photograph.

And Alfie Allen was optimistic despite the pessimistic conditions portrayed in the series. He is also on friendly terms with his costars despite the sadistic battles.

Finally, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau spoke of how the publicity was a bittersweet experience. But he does relax and gets some restful sleep while at his residence. His family meanwhile have supported him all the way and so he has no worries about the acting profession.
