Canada’s Galaxy S6 Duo gets Platinum Gold Option

The gold option is available through Rogers, Telus, Fido, Sasktel and Videotron

Canada’s wait for the Gold platinum variant of the S6 duo is finally over. Samsung’s latest flagship devices landed in the country about a week ago and just as Samsung promised that the Gold Platinum variant would be released “in the coming weeks… through major carriers”, Canada is going to get its share of luxury now.

The Galaxy S6 phones were introduced in a variety of colors but unfortunately they all haven’t been available in the markets. The phones were announced on April 10th in Canada and were only available in Black Sapphire and White Pearl color options. However, lucky Canadian customers are now going to get the Platinum Gold option as well for the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge.

Samsung had promised a gold option for Canada days before but hadn’t named the carriers through which it would be available. But now we know where to get our Galaxy from in a luxurious gold. Rogers, Telus, Fido, Sasktel and Videotron are all offering the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge in Platinum Gold option starting from today.
