Meizu MX5 is stunning with bezelless display

The leaked renders show bezelless MX5 and looks stunning.

As we have already heard, Meizu’s MX5 is going to make its much awaited debut on the June 30th event and this one is taking the smartphone game one step further. Unlike all the predecessors, the MX5 is going to be built from metal and will have a Home button adorned with a fingerprint sensor which explains what all the hype is about.

However, the growing curiosity is related to the design of the phone since we haven’t yet seen the phone appear in the leaks. We are finally being treated to a few renders which have leaked in China and they claim to represent what the Meizu smartphone is going to end up like.

The images give us a picture similar to the one portrayed in the leaks so far and one thing is pretty clear that the phone is going to employ some ‘bezelless’ tech for its screen. As the images tell us, the display panel is almost going to come without any bezels. This is one more reason which explains why the MX5 has been popular in China. In terms of the display, the phone will be placed against the ZTE Nubia Z9, Oppo R7 Plus, and maybe even the Vivo X5Pro.

As far as the internal features are concerned, we only know what we have been told through the recent rumors according to which the phone is going to be powered by MediaTek’s MT6795 SoC, which boasts an octa-core CPU clocked at 2.2 GHz.
