Lindsay Lohan Misses First Day of Community Service

The actress, Lindsay Lohan will get to avoid the Big Apple’s oppressive rush hour traffic when she heads out to complete her compulsory community service. She has booked a room in a hotel near the Brooklyn area so she won’t have to traverse through a nasty traffic jam. But she still missed first day of her community service at Brooklyn daycare center due paperwork problems.

That bad girl Lindsay Lohan seems to have circumvented getting in a scuffle with the law via a very clever maneuver. She was supposed to serve her sentence for wrongdoing indirectly by engaging in several hours of community service. 

So, instead of wading through the sludge of noisy, smokey NYC traffic, she chose to live in a hotel room very near the daycare center where she had to lend her services, reported TMZ. 

This will ensure that she arrives at the center right on time and thus avoids a second confrontation with the authorities. Well, it is indeed a way although a shortcut to responsibility for the It Girl of tabloids and sordid scandals.

But a current report from Mirror revealed that Lindsay Lohan has missed her first day of community service due to some unknown problems with paperwork.

Since she has to serve more than a hundred hours, she is dividing it into 9 to 5 daily shifts. Thus in about half a month (and a day) she will be free from the compulsion. Good luck Lilo!
