- Gwenyth Paltrow reveals her food philosophy is ‘I eat what I want’
Gwenyth Paltrow talks about her fitness mantra on the latest issue of Women’s Health magazine.
Gwenyth Paltrow has been a style icon since she started working in Hollywood. From Shakespeare’s muse in Shakespeare in Love to Tony Stark’s girlfriend Pepper Potts in Iron Man series, Gwenyth Paltrow has won the title of being a style icon.
How does she do it?
How has she managed to stay so much in shape and retain her beauty over the years?
Those are the questions every woman asks herself every time they see her. Even after having two kids, Gwenyth herself admits that she is more comfortable in a bathing suit than she was 20 years ago.
Women’s Health Magazine decided to feature Paltrow in the June’s issue where she supported showed off her super toned body in an exclusive photoshoot and also revealed her fitness routine.
According to Paltrow, her daily routine starts with a cup of coffee, without which she says she cannot survive. She then drops off her kids at school and go for her workout which is dance cardio.
She then has a smoothie before she freshens up and heads out to work. Her lunch consists of green salad with grilled chicken. Her dinner is usually with her kids. She says she has whatever she wants in dinner.
“I eat what I want” is really not something fitness and diet gurus would really advise anyone. Especially things like stir-fry of chicken and broccoli or pasta or roast chicken and potatoes. Gwenyth however believes that one should not rule out anything.
Coming from someone who is practically doing it puts a positive spin on healthy eating. It implies clearly that dieting is not an essential part of staying fit. Rather healthy eating in the right proportion is a rather bigger concern. Gwenyth is the practical inspiration for all the mommies and other women out there who want to stay fit and eat “what they want” as well.
