- A$AP Rocky Shows Full-On Negativity Towards Rita Ora in New Song
Rapper A$AP Rocky showed some full-on negativity towards the singer Rita Ora in his new song titled Better Things.
Love him or hate him, there is no denying that you cannot ignore A$AP Rocky. His recent track titled Better Things caused a few murmurs among listeners in particular those among them who were fans of Rita Ora.
Rita as everyone knows is famous for her Black Widow number which she sang in conjunction with another well-known singer. A$AP Rocky has indeed let it rip when it came to Rita Ora in his soundtrack.
The lyrics are so full of hatred and venom and they contain so much extreme profanity that they cannot be printed on this page. After every two or three words there is a filler and thriller that is anti-Rita Ora and thoroughly insulting to her very being.
And since rap music is not known for being sensitive towards the female sex, she is called a bitch several times on the soundtrack. A$AP Rocky also tells the audience in the staccato delivery of barked phrases that he will rape and engage in all sorts of unnatural sexual acts with Rita.
In ”Better Things” song, he raps: ““I swear that b*tch Rita Ora got a big mouth/ Next time I see her might curse the b*tch out/ Kicked the b*tch out once cause she b*tched out/ Spit my kids out, jizzed up all in her mouth and made the b*tch bounce.”
Looks like A$AP Rocky definitely has issues with Rita. His reaction to her very existence is proof enough of how much he feels like tearing her to pieces. But why all the animosity and foul language?
Well, when he sang the lyrics on a radio show Sway in the Morning, the host asked him why he was so negative. The host even went so far as to say that he actually liked Rita Ora. A$AP Rocky responded by saying that he liked her too but that the song was written at a particular time in the past when he was in a tangle with the blonde singer.
A$AP Rocky definitely had some girlfriend trouble back in the past. And Rita Ora was involved. She gave him a lot of tension headaches. Problems over mixing business with pleasure were there too.
“First off, it’s an old song. It’s one of the older songs on the album. But what I will say is I got into a lot of trouble over her at times when I didn’t need to, because she caused a lot of grief. So at that time, for me, it was just like…you know. I said what I said,” A$AP Rocky told the host.
“It’s an old track. It was one of the joints that I recorded before Yams passed that he really loved. Now, if you asked me another question, like, maybe I should’ve muted her name? Maybe I should’ve. But at the time, that’s how I felt.”
But now A$AP Rocky is free of the pain and addiction of loving and hating women at the same time. And good riddance! He has sublimated his feelings via artistic creation. The dude won’t “be going around breaking young girls’ hearts” in the immortal words of Michael Jackson in his world record-breaking song Billie Jean.
And on the latest front, it looks like A$AP Rocky even has a line or two in another song that disses Katy Perry. But that is a story for another time and place altogether.
