- It was a very Sif episode on the newest episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D
“Who You Really Are” was the newest episode in the series forming some unlikely alliances, conflicting missions and inter team clashes that are predictive of the things to come.
It was the second episode after the two month long mid season break and since Skye transformed in an Inhuman, the newest episode titled “Who You Really Are” in Marvel Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D moved the story forward in a different direction than where we left of Raina in the previous one.

For starters, it was the return of the uptight Asgardian Lady Sif with amnesia but all in all, she has returned to stop a Kree from his mission of destruction on Earth. Vin-Tak, the Kree however reveals the details of his mission as that of finding and destroying the Inhumans that have transformed by Terrigenesis (human transformation due to Terrigen crystal), that would be the crystal Raina and Skye touched.
It was also revealed that the experiments were done before and remained unsuccessful. They were successful on Earth and there are definitely more Terrigen crystals on Earth than the one that Skye touched. With the imminent threat which was already realized by MCU, it was a double threat when Sif teamed with Vin-Tak to find and destroy the Inhuman weapons created by Terrigen crystals.
It was up to the team to shelter and protect Skye at this crucial moment when she is still trying to control her powers. She seems to have calmed down about her transition but lost it in front of Bobbi when she lost control and caused an earthquake while trying to disarm her gun. This brought turmoil in the team as Bobbi and Mac came into action over the secret mission they had been secretly plotting about.
Who they bring in at this point is really crucial because Bobbi is definitely getting closer to Nick and she wants her ex in on the plan. Mac is however very cautious and repulsive after he had been possessed by alien powers. He reacts immediately when he finds out about Skye’s powers and maybe it is time to implement what he and Bobbi had been planning.
The other person to throw a fit was Simmons because Fitz lied about Skye’s bio stats and we see her sharing her reservations with Mac. Mac took out Nick when he confronted him about the flash drive and their cover up and it is finally the time we find out what Mac is up to and the dynamics of the team will be tested from inside and outside.
With the numerous threats on the horizons, the team will have to assemble quick and gain new members which seem to be falling like flies, working for some other purpose or just plain old forgotten who the real enemy is. Sif might be an asset when it comes to fighting Kree as she was useful with her Asgardian powers and knowledge of the other worlds. With the imminent possibility of more Inhuman weapons rising, Marvel is looking to a spectacular storyline with a possible army of supervillians that /4/or /4/not be Hydra’s doing.
