The past month has been all about Amanda Bynes. She got arrested by the DUI. She had to go to a mental hospital to get her medications. Then her parents were given the control over all of her funds and they allowed her only $50 a day.
She tweeted that her dad was physically and sexually assaulting her. Now her parents can’t take it anymore and have finally decided that they are going to move to Texas to their older daughter. Her parents believe that moving away is the right choice right now as it will help them repair their relationship.

This week Amanda went to a The Beverly Center in L.A. and she crashed on a couch in the mall. Amanda might had been really tired because it is very hard to sleep in a crowded mall. Currently Amanda is living with a friend but she doesn’t know how long that is going to last.

The friend that was letting her stay at her house was worried last night because Amanda didn’t come back to the house. Amanda said that if she has to stay in a hotel, then she needs more than $50 a day. Heidi Montag has offered Amanda a place to stay.

Amanda is still mad with her parents and she believes that her parents shouldn’t have full control over her money. She is making her lawyer work very hard to get the conservatorship back from her parents. Now it seems like her parents are going to be transferring the conservatorship to some mental professional.
Amanda is really angry with her parents because of the conservatorship. She tweeted that she has bi polar and manic depression this week. She later on clarified the situation and said her friend tweeted the bi polar and manic depression news as a joke.

Amanda’s lawyer told her that if she goes to a psychiatrist and takes her meds, she will get unconserved in no time. Amanda will also have a money manager once her conservatorship is transferred.
