A new report identified an office building with car garage facility as possible location where Apple’s Electric Car is developed.
The Apple Electric Car project is in some form real. The proof are the reported hires from the automobile industry. Apple is doing something with cars that goes beyond CarPlay. Now AppleInsider did some hands on sleuthing and came up with a secretive office building in Sunnyvale new the Apple Campus that could house the secret Apple Titan project.
The office space is leased under the company SixtyEight, market research company. The office building is referred internally as SG5. It is not unusual that Apple uses office space in Sunnyvale as the main campus is too small. This is why Apple is building this huge new donut shaped campus.
The under cover office has supposed a car garage and testing facilities like a reliability lab, water ingress lab, 2,000 gallon tank, computer labs, and test chambers. The in-depth AppleInsider report could not totally confirm that Apple is behind SixtyEight LLC, but this weird finding somehow does.
The SixtyEight LLC was registered last March in Delaware, then licensed as a foreign corporation in California last November. The company paid to import a 1957 Fiat Multipla 600 from the U.K. into the U.S. This car is a favorite with Apple’s lead designer Jony Ive. This little nugget makes the connection very obvious.
Let’s hope the Apple Titan car is not taking inspiration from this ullet.

Reports about an Apple Electric Car started surfaced in early February. If Apple is really working on an electric car it can take until 2023 until it arrives.
