It seems likely that the watch will get its first public preview tomorrow during the event
Good news for all those who had been dying to get a glimpse of the Apple iWatch as it has surprisingly been put on display at French retailer Colette just ahead of Paris fashion week. Though we can’t be lucky enough to be in Paris, thanks to the numerous Instagram and Twitter users, we can see the pictures of the display. Apple had already dropped a hint here as the design team of the company had been spotted here in the past few days. The Colette store is located at 213 rue Saint-Honoré in the 1st Arrondissement of Paris and one user on Instagram, who happens to love across the street, has said that for most part of the day the store remained hidden.
For those who aren’t familiar with the name, the Colette is a French “brick-and-click” clothing and accessory retailer, based on three floor 8,000 square feet (740 m2) which constitutes an exhibition space, bookshop, and a “water bar” serving more than 100 brands of bottled water. The store teased a “one day only experience” in collaboration with Apple and people had been quite anxious to know what it was.
From what we have suspected, the public is going to get the first look at the watch during the event tomorrow. Whether people will be allowed to have a hands-on experience is still not known.
