Arrested Development 17 New Episodes are in the Pipeline

The producer of Arrested Development has said that 17 new episodes for season 5 of the television series are in the pipeline.

Arrested Development has not undergone any arrested development yet (pun intended). In fact, according to the producer of the show, Brian Grazer, more than a dozen and a half episodes are lined up for the future.

The fifth season is all set to appear on Netflix (the place where what is “in” is happening). Grazer told ETonline that while he loved the show, he also knew that not everybody was going exactly gaga over the sequences of the stars and starlets featured on the soap opera. Yet since the audience still had some diehard and fanatical devotees, so the show must go on. 

The next 17 episodes will have a lot of drama and action in them. And while Netflix has not commented on the matter, Grazer implicitly gave the hint that all is well. The details will be in shortly and as they say the devil is in the details.

All that is certain is that the future is fun and so we can all calm down and take it easy. Arrested Development aired during the mid-Noughties on Fox. And although quite popular, it seems to have lost its luster with the passage of time.

But it has its reserves and the viewers are looking forward to the times ahead for Arrested Development as an exciting and stimulating source of entertainment.
