Bobby Brown gets emotional about his daughter during stage performance

The famous singer-songwriter shared with the crowd the difficult times which he has been going throthrough ever since his daughter is admitted to the hospital

Bobby Brown spoke about his daughter Bobbi Kristina for the first time since she has been hospitalized and battling for her life.

According to the Daily News, the 46 years old Bobby Brown was performing at soul-food festival in downtown Los Angeles, where he got overwhelmed and could not hide his emotions in front of an energetic crowd of 4,000 people after singing some of his famous tracks. “I dunno what the hell I am going through right now but I am giving it to God and letting his deal with him.” Bobby Brown said in a voice choked with emotions.

Bobbi Kristina, the 22 year-old daughter of Bobby Brown was found unconscious in a bathtub in her home couple of months ago. She was immediately taken to the hospital and was provided the necessary treatment but she never regained her consciousness and continued to be unresponsive since then.

It was the first public appearance of Bobby Brown in nearly ten weeks after his daughter’s critical condition. On Friday evening before his performance in the festival, Bobby also had a dinner with his friends at Paoli’s restaurant.

After calming down himself, Bobby promoted the food line of the soul-food festival which included his own range of barbecue and seasoning as well. He also praised the cooking of her wife, Alicia as well. “I don’t know what my wife is cooking – whatever it, is is good.” Brown said.

Bobbi Kristina, the aspiring musician herself, is the daughter of Bobby Brown with his late Whitney Houston. He married to Alicia Etheredge-Brown after his divorce from Whitney Houston. His wife, Alicia, is expecting a child which will be the second of the couple.

Bobby Brown thanked the crowd for their support and encouragement. “I must say, y’all. This feels really, really good. I want to thank all of you for coming out tonight to support me and my family.”

After performing in the festival, Bobby immediately flew back to Atlanta to join a vigil for his daughter.
