Bruce Jenner decided to return to the E! show for the first time after his sex change surgery with a wrongful death lawsuit filed against him in court.

Bruce Jenner will be welcomed back to the E! show Keeping Up with the Kardashians with a two episode special Keeping Up With the Kardashians: About Bruce. Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner and Scott Disick will be featuring with Bruce on the show. Bruce will be spending time with all the family members. Have a talk with Dissick to spend more time with Khloe and his children.

The show will concentrate on the family’s adjustment and support post Bruce’s surgery. Kim has been the most supportive of the lot but other family members will also come around to make Bruce feel loved and supported. Seems like he is going to need all their support for a completely different matter this time around.

A wrongful death lawsuit was recently filed against Bruce by the stepchildren of the 69 years old Joan who died in a car accident Bruce was involved in back in February earlier this year.

Bruce’s car bumped into Joan’s car which caused it to swerve ahead and crash into an oncoming black van. The accident was destructive resulting in the old woman’s death. Bruce was made to give a drunk driver test which he passed.

The stepchildren will be seeking unspecified damages against Bruce for causing the accident. He will be assessed for negligence in the case. He will be checked for drug or alcohol use prior to the accident or checked whether he was texting or calling someone.

The on duty officers report that Bruce’s car did bump into Joan’s car. He will be asked why he was not following the safe distance rule of the Californian traffic. Experts analyzed that the intensity of the lawsuit will have to be determined by the extent of damages being claimed by the plaintiffs.
