CES 2015 gets Highest Honors for Creative Campaigns

Tradeshow, MarCom and Visual Arts Professionals have recognized CES’s superb advertising and marketing campaigns. The CES 2015 will be hosting 3500 exhibitors.

The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA), the owner and controller of CES has announced today that it has been honored with seven different industry awards. These awards are for advertising and marketing campaigns to promote the International CES. The CES is the world’s largest platform for businesses that thrive on consumer technology.

Among those who recognized the amazing marketing and advertising campaigns of the CES include the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE), the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals (AMCP) and the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA).

‘Expect the Unexpected’ is the ad campaign started by CES 2015 which has won a Platinum MARCOM Award from AMCP and a Silver Davey Award from AIVA. The campaign had been started in order to build on the momentum and excitement that had been carried on from the CES 2014.

The campaign also showed the event as the place to see innovations beyond one’s imagination. Many creative elements have been used such as a Bengal Tiger on the moon and much more.

 Karen Chupka the senior vice president of International CES and corporate business strategy, CEA stated that just like the consumer electronics industry CES also serves and innovation is in their blood.

He said that is why CES and CEA continue to make its marketing efforts for CES better. Karen further said that all of them are very satisfied and proud of the CES marketing team. He said that they all were very happy with the marketing team’s leadership and also their partners at Concept 73 who helped them achieve a branding campaign.

The 2015 CES ad campaign has also received a Silver Davey Award for the visual appeal of the revamped CES website and even a MARCOM Honorable Mention for a rotating banner ad.

The list of awards for CEA continues as CEA was also awarded first place in the IAEE Art of the Show Competition in the category of ‘Show Promotion- Website Over 150,000 Net Square Feet’ for the website of CES 2014 and also received an Honorable Mentions for the CES 2014 Exhibit Sales Brochure as well as the CES 2014 Show Daily.

The International CES is the world’s largest platform for all those businesses that thrive on consumer technologies. It has served as the proving ground for innovators and breakthrough technologies for the past 40 years.



The International CES is owned and controlled by CEA. The CES 2015 will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada from the 6th of January till the 9th of January. This year the show will host 3500 exhibitors that will showcase their newest technology and state of the art products.
