The third installment of Captain America is going to include an outstanding cast.
Daniel Bruhl has been added to the list of actors that are going to star in this third Captain America movie. Sources claim that he has been casted as the villain. Marvel made the reveal by stating that Daniel Bruhl has been added to the cast of Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War, which is all set to hit the box-office on /4/6th 2016.
Daniel Bruhl was first seen in Quentin Tarantino’s Inglorious Bastards and then as the car racer Niki Lauda in Rush. Both his performances were outstanding especially when they were opposite names such as Brad Pitt and Chris Hemsworth. He also starred in The Fifth Estate.
The recognized actor has earned a Golden Globe, SAG, BAFTA and Critics nominations for his outstanding role as the German car racer Niki Lauda in director Ron Howard’s ‘Rush’. Bruhl has also worked with other esteemed directors such as Paul Greengrass, Anton Corbijn and Michael Winterbottom.
Another huge name that joins the cast of Captain America: Civil War is the dashing Robert Downey Jr. and his famous Iron Man character. The movie will be directed by Joe and Anthony Russo once again.
They also directed the previous hit part of Captain America, ‘The Winter Soldier’, which was released this year. Producer Kevin Feige stated that with Bruhl’s powerful performances he was the best to add to the list of great actors in the movie.
The movie also marks the debut of Chadwick Boseman as the Black Panther and Anthony Mackie as The Falcon. Moreover Samuel L. Jackson and Scarlett Johansson have also been expected in the movie.
Up till now the focus of the story is unknown and what is Bruhl actually going to play is anyone’s guess. He could be the villain who pits Captain America against Iron Man or as Jeff Sneider states that he could be a secondary villain.
Bruhl could even be an employee of Tony Stark or he could be involved with Black Panther in some way. These guesses could go on and on but we do know that Daniel Bruhl has been acting since 1990 and has appeared in small roles in films like Good Bye Lenin, Joyeux Noel, and Two Days in Paris as well as The Bourne Ultimatum. However in 2009 he was given a breakthrough by Quentin Tarantino in his movie Inglorious Bastards. He plays the role of a German war hero Fredrick Zoeller.
Moreover sources claim that Daniel Bruhl /4/not be the main villain in Captain America: Civil War but could potentially be the top menace in Marvel’s ‘Dr. Strange’. If that is so we are going to see Bruhl as Baron Mordo, who is a student of the Ancient One when Stephen Strange shows up to study with him.
Moving on Mordo becomes Strange’s first enemy as Mordo tries to kill the Ancient One. Leaving everything aside if Daniel is going to play a role in this third installment of Captain America it is going to be fun to watch because his performances are always full of energy.
