Esurance is a first time Super Bowl advertiser and raised quite some awareness before the Big Game with the news that Lindsay Lohan will star in the Esurance Super Bowl 2015 ad. The Esurance Super Bowl 2015 Ad with Lindsay Lohan is mildly entertaining, but the surprising second Esurance Super Bowl commercial is off the hook.

As one of Super Bowl XLIX’s best-kept secrets, Esurance surprised viewers in the second quarter with a commercial which features Bryan Cranston. During the spot, Cranston, as the iconic TV character Walter White from “Breaking Bad,” appears dressed in a full hazmat suit as “Sorta Pharmacist” and startles an unsuspecting customer as she intends to pick up a prescription. The ad emphasizes that Esurance helps make sure you only pay for what’s right for you, not someone “sorta” like you.
