George R.R. Martin releases Next Game of Thrones Book Excerpt

The excerpt contains many hints of things that will come on Game of Thrones.

Just few days before the April 12th release of season five premiere of Game of Thrones, author George R.R Martin released a brand new chapter from the much anticipated book ‘The Winds of Winter’.  

While the excerpt does not include the murder and mayhem from his ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’ series there still /4/be some clues that would help the fans to know what they can expect from the TV show in future seasons. 

The chapter that George R.R Martin has released on his website focuses on Sansa Stark who is the long suffering heir to Winterfell.

She is now seen hiding under the alias of Alayne Stone in the Vale and is supposed to be Littlefinger’s bastard daughter. The last time the author had focused on Sansa Stark in a chapter was in the fourth novel ‘A Feast for Crows’. 

So this new excerpt tells the fans that under Littlefinger’s influence, Sansa is also learning how to manipulate people to get what she wants. 

Sansa is also to get betrothed to a knight by the name of Ser Harrold Hardyng and Sansa also manipulates him who does not suspect her true identity. 

Apart from this the author has stated that he would no longer write for season 6 of Game of Thrones because he needs to focus on finishing his book.
