Go Pro Hero+ LCD will feature a touch screen, which is something that was long awaited by the GoPro fans.

GoPro finally adds the touch screen for the first time to its camera. One of the recently announced Go Pro Hero+ LCD will feature a touch screen, which is something that was long awaited by its users and fans. The display is of obviously one of the main features of a camera as it allows you to browse through the images and videos instantly and also navigate to the menu. Now that GoPro has added the touch screen, one can easily go to their desired option without using any physical buttons, which makes life a lot easier.

Touch display is not the only thing to feature in the newly announced entry level camera by GoPro, but the company has made some decent improvements to the camera as well. The GoPro Hero + LCD can record 1080p videos at 60 fps and can also take 8 MP images. This is a major upgrade in our opinion as the first hero could only record 1080p videos at 30 fps and 5 MP images. GoPro has also added Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and HiLight tagging feature too in the Hero + LCD camera.

All these improvements and the newly added features to the entry level camera is such a treat for users and fans. Having said so, you might not stay as happy as you were after hearing the price tag. The GoPro Hero + LCD is priced at the $300, which is more than double the price of its predecessor that is priced at just $130. However, the improvements and newly added features are pretty good and the higher price tag seems to be justified. Hero+ LCD will be available from June 6th.
