The main selling point of the HTC Desire EYE is its 13-megapixel front-facing camera.
HTC has been a strong player in the smartphone market for years. But as rising Chinese phone manufacturers threaten to steal the limelight, companies like HTC are forced to innovate. The question is can they do it? So far, the Taiwanese consumer electronics company isn’t stopping.
After launching the flagship HTC One M8, the company is now introducing its own selfie camera. The main selling point of the HTC Desire EYE, as it is called, is its 13-megapixel shooter on the front – the most powerful front-facing camera to date. Flip the phone to its back and you’ll see another 13-megapixel rear camera. For some reason, the phone’s front and back camera are the same.
