Hulu will Exclusively Stream All Episodes of CSI

Hulu acquires exclusive subscription streaming rights for all the episodes of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

Being the most widely viewed TV soap opera on earth, CSI or Crime Scene Investigation, has its supporters at Hulu. So the folks at Hulu made a crucial decision. The total number of episodes of the show will get streamed on the service for those subscribing to it.

According to Hulu, CSI have such an interesting and suspense-filled plot that it attracts viewers from all corners of the globe. Fans od the series, literally have their eyes glued to the screen every time CSI comes on TV.

The program has won many Emmy Awards and inspired a number of spinoff series to boot. And the honor of being the lengthiest series on television in the annals of US media goes to CSI. The soap opera carries clout and it has merit.

Now that a pact has been signed with Hulu, CBS will allow CSI to be subscribed to on the platform. This is the only time that CSI has been lent for streaming purposes. 

The past episodes of the show which amount to 300 in number will be freely available for perusal and pleasurable viewing on Hulu. Were someone to continuously watch reruns of CSI on TV his or her actions would last for a fortnight without any breaks for eating, sleeping or waste removal. And by the end of the viewing marathon, the watcher of CSI will have become a super sleuth of sorts.

April is the month set as the starting point for this service. Another one of CBS’s series titled Elementary will also get shown alongside CSI. Hulu already has a compendium of over 5300 episodes from CBS. The Good Wife and Blue Bloods figure among these myriad programs.

The CEO of Hulu, Mike Hopkins, expressed his satisfaction and contentment at the inclusion of his setup among CBS’s facilitators for provision of entertainment to diverse audiences. CSI has also led to a flurry of odds and ends such as books and video games.

Hulu and CBS have got a good thing going via this agreement. With the streaming rights nabbed by Hulu, the firm is all set to expand operations. And CSI is already through more than a dozen seasons. Here’s to the hope that it will last for a long time into the future times as well.
