Iggy Azalea literally fell off the stage at The Avalon Theater in Hollywood thereby prompting Twitter comments of “Poor Iggy”. She was there to entertain with her rap songs and to help collect some funds for preventing HIV AIDS.
The video clip of her tumbling down from the stage has gone viral on the Internet. But in fact what happened was that Iggy barely fell and had other people on stage help her regain her balance.

She recovered her poise very quickly and restarted singing her rap numbers. Iggy said that many people were bent on destroying her reputation by posting nasty and evil comments online.
She is a confident and tough woman who does not take such silly mistakes to heart. So what if she stumbled for a while. It is not the end of the world and she is not sorry for her blunder.

“I heard the news about me leading the pack at the VMA nominations, and I definitely had to double- check a few times, because sometimes people on Twitter are evil and they make up fake accomplishments just to try to get you to retweet them,” Iggy Azalea said before falling off stage. “Obviously everyone wants a VMA. Other ones just don’t count the same; I want a VMA.”

And to think that before she became Iggy Azalea, she was called Amethyst Kelly at her educational institute in Australia. She is a strong, can’t-go-wrong Aussie who has wowed the world’s audiences by her sharp and exciting songs and lyrics.
And according to her schoolmates, she had always wanted to enter the music business and achieve fame and fortune. “She was always into rap music and wanted to become a rapper, but no one ever thought she’d make it,” she said.
“Growing up in Mullum and wanting to be a rapper in the US sounded like a crazy dream. So everyone is pretty proud of what she’s achieved.”
“She used to actually teach the kids to do rapping and hip hop in class,” Iggy’s mother said. “I always knew Amethyst would do something to do with words and now she’s a modern-day poet.”
