The Oscar-winning actress, Jennifer Lawrence just spent $7 million of her hard earned income on a Los Angeles apartment. Well, the new home of JLaw does not disappoint us at all. A 5550-square foot pad with everything we could imagine of, from a home gym to a gourmet kitchen, with a touch of the Hamptons, Jennifer’s choice is marvelous.
However the five bedrooms do not make any sense unless she has something in mind for the future. With a quaint stone courtyard that leads to a koi pond and a swimming pool in the backyard the money spent is justifiable.
The much awaited flick The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 which stars Jennifer is going to hit the theaters next month. This means there is not much time for JLaw to enjoy her new abode as the films promo tour is about to begin.
So the question remains why Jennifer bought herself this pad. Recently Lawrence introduced her mother to Chris Martin the Cold Play front man and it has been reported that both Lawrence and Chris are going to spend the holidays together and what could be better than a magnificent apartment in Los Angeles.
Chris split up from his wife Gwyneth Paltrow in March 2014 and since then he has been spotted numerous times kissing the Oscar winner. Jennifer’s family also seems to be sharing the excitement with her as they are impatiently waiting for a new member in their family this Christmas.
Jennifer’s grandfather stated that she has not changed one bit due to her fame – she is humble and down to earth. However the $7 million pad takes us in another direction. The actress who previously dated Nicholas Hoult for nearly four years added “I’d rather just have a peaceful time. Those relationships are deeper because you can be your true self with you.” So how much you spend is up to you!
