The fans are having to shell out up to $80 to park in one lot at Minute Maid Park.
Countless fans reach downtown as they prepare to watch live the most highly anticipated concerts of the year as part of the Beyonce and Jay Z’s On the Run tour. Though people are quite excited about this aspect of catching their two favorite singers together, they are also worried about the price associated with this luxury. And you will be surprised to know that it is not the concert’s ticket itself that is concerning the fans but the price of the parking tickets.
Looks like anyone who wishes to park their vehicles close to the venue will most likely have to make a run for the ATM. For having the luxury and convenience of parking at the Minute Maid Park, fans will have to pay $80 which outright sounds like a rip-off. There are other lesser outrageous options too for the car parks which are somewhere between $40 and $50 but this one costing $80 is for the Diamond Club premium lot. Surely one of the fans was right when he said “Parking is a big deal.”
