Jay Z Proposes to Beyonce After She Loses her Ring at Met Ball

At the Met Gala or Met Ball 2014, Beyonce lost her ring. When Jay Z found it for her he mock proposed her as well.

Jay Z and Beyonce Knowles were the last couple to arrive at the Met Ball 2014. Jay Z and Beyonce looked a cut above in their classic cool ensembles. Both of them donned clothes by Givenchy.

A point came when Beyonce’s ring slipped off her finger and ended up on the red carpet. But Jay Z was not one to let such an opportunity slip by. He retrieved the ring and decided to stage a mock proposal. 

Jay Z bent on one knee and asked the woman he was already married to whether she would marry him. And Beyonce played along and said “yes” with a charming smile.

The singer of “Irreplaceable” and the “Holy Grail” rap star put on quite a show for everybody present at the Met Ball 2014. The cameras of the paparazzi were focused on the two as they re-enacted their passion for each other. 

Jay Z and Beyonce have been married since 2008 and they have a two year old daughter named Blue Ivy Carter. But despite their six year marriage, the couple has never appeared jointly on a tour. 

Well, all that is about to change for the better. Now, Jay Z and Beyonce will kick off their On the Run tour together as a couple. It will take them to over 16 cities of North America. 

The commencement date is June 25th in Miami and the date of completion is August 5th in San Francisco. But one thing which stands out on this tour is the astronomical prices of the tickets. With a single ticket worth $342.67, it is a wonder that they will get bought in the first place.

However, owing to the huge popularity ratings of these two stars, it won’t come as too much of a surprise to know that their joint shows will be sellouts. In fact, their ticket prices even surpass the costly tickets of Eminem and Rihanna’s shows.
