Hollywood couple Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake sue Heat Magazine in Ireland.
The British Celebrity magazine Heat got sued by Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake over an article in September. The article has purported to use quotes of Jessica Biel.
Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake say that they have been defamed by the article according to independent.ie. The couple hired Paul Tweed to handle the case. Tweed is an international media lawyer specializing in defamation, privacy, mediation and arbitration, piracy and IP issues for a range of clients.
It is not quite clear why the case is filed in Ireland. Must be something only lawyers understand.
Why the couple is caring about this is also unclear. I could not find the article in question. There is so much stuff written about celebrities in tabloids that is not true. There was a story a month ago about Timberlake having an affair with Zenya Bashford. She is a backup singer on Timberlake’s tour. Gossip Cop of course reported that the story is false.
I mean. Think about it. He is married to Jessica Biel. She is amazing!
