Katy Perry wasn’t amused by Russell Brand’s Good Luck Message before the Super Bowl Halftime Show

Katy Perry wasn’t happy when Russell Brand sent her a message through Twitter before her halftime show on the Super Bowl.

The singer wasn’t impressed when her ex-husband sent her a message in which he wished her good luck for her performance at halftime. The Super Bowl is America’s biggest sporting event of the year and they usually ask celebrities to do performances at Super Bowl halftime.

This year Katy Perry was invited to do a show at halftime and she was shocked to see that she received a good luck message from Russell Brand. She said that he didn’t need to involve himself in anyway. Both of them had a really bad break up and they didn’t talk to each other after that.

This is why Katy Perry was surprised to see a message from Russell Brand before the greatest performance of her career.

In 2011 Russell Brand texted Katy Perry that their marriage was over. This was one of the worst ways to break up and Katy Perry didn’t talk to him after that incident. Before the halftime show Russell Brand wrote, “Super Bowl /4/be baffling to Brits but half time show will be amazing. Good Luck KP.”

Both of them got married back in 2010 and the marriage lasted a year when they broke up in 2011. Some sources say that Katy Perry was absolutely amazed and annoyed at the same time that Russell had wished her good luck because Russell had plenty of public digs at his ex.

This man once destroyed her heart and he humiliated her publicly. Then just before Katy’s biggest night of her career, he decided to involve himself. Katy said that she didn’t bother to respond to Russell’s message when Russell posted the tweet for his 9 million followers on twitter.

But it was good to see that the message did not have any effect on Katy’s performance at the halftime show. It is reported that almost 115 million people were watching the Super Bowl and they all loved her halftime performance.
