Looks like some people are taking the copyright infringement deal way too far. Kylie and Kendall Jenner of KUWTK fame are out to protect their trademark names from the likes of people like Kylie Minogue who share the same first name as one of them.

The Kardashians are known for starting trends no matter how silly or meaninglessly absurd they /4/be. Take the recent act of stupidity engaged in by Kylie and Kendall Jenner.

These two have decided to trademark their individual names. This is so that other famous celebs such as Kylie Minogue for example does not use their names in her products or services.

Kylie especially is saying “hands off my name” to the likes of Minogue. She wants the name Kylie and her sister’s Kendall to be used for entertainment events and extravaganza only.

According to TMZ, Kylie Jenner has filed an application last month to trademark her first name to “entertainment in the nature of providing information by means of a global computer network in the fields of entertainment, fashion and pop culture.”

Even children’s toys such as dolls (Barbie’s male companion Ken comes to mind) are not off limits to such litigation from the sisters’ lawyers. Thus to sue anyone has been taken to its illegitimate denouement.
