It seems everyone is eager to take part in the CES 2015.
Luxoft Holding Inc. is a leading provider of software development services and innovative IT solutions around the world. The company has announced that it will participate in the Consumer Telematics Show 2015 which will be held in The Rio Hotel and Casino on January 5 and in GENIVI CES 2015 Demonstration Showcase in The Trump Hotel which is one day later on the 6th of January. Both the shows will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Luxoft is all ready for both the shows and the company’s automotive and telematics subject matter experts will be participating in panel discussions with the visitors. The company has decided to demonstrate several of its technologies which include AllView, which is a reference design platform that is used in the creation of an in-vehicle user experience and Populus which is a complete tool chain for human machine interface (HIM) design, development and the deployment of automotive user interface (UI).
Plus there is also a computer vision and augmented reality solution, which is a software framework basically that is optimized for embedded hardware that aids in implementing a wide variety of in-car Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). The innovative solution includes road recognition, a single camera based egomotion engine and vehicles detection and tracking.
Serkan Arslan the Global Business Development Director of Automotive of Luxoft will be leading a presentation ‘Capture the Consumer Through Compelling UX.’ This presentation is going to focus on how automakers are being challenged to deliver a compelling in-vehicle UX. Serkan will also be discussing and talking about how user friendly situation-aware HMI is the main differentiator in building a unique brand experience.
Moreover Jim Darrin the Senior Program Manager for the Internet of Things (IoT) for Luxoft will be also participating in a panel. The panel is titled ‘Connected Car Spins Web for the Internet of Things.’ This panel will be exploring the ways in which a car can play an influential role in connecting different ecosystems. Darrin will be joined by other panel members as well which include people from KIA, Jaguar, T-Mobile USA, Strategy Analysis and UIEvolution.
Plus Luxoft’s Vice President for Technology Services, Michael Minkevich will also be part of a panel. This panel is titled ‘Wearables to Disrupt Status Quo of Infotainment.’ This panel will take on the task of exploring the ways in which the wide adoption of smartwatches and Virtual Reality Kits will cause a shake-up to the traditional HMI of the vehicle. Michael will be joined by panel members from names such as Panasonic Automotive and ABI Research.
