We not relate Halo: The Master Chief Collection and the Atari landfill-dig with the Comic Con but Microsoft still made its appearance at the event. Even if these two things have nothing to do with comics that doesn’t mean that Microsoft shouldn’t be present there at San Diego. First let’s have a look at Master Chief. The games he starred in are coming out this November and Redmond has even dropped on us a trailer for the collection’s gorgeously overhauled Halo 2 cinematics.
Certain Affinity, the developer behind the Master Chief Collection has announced that the map which introduced us all to Halo 2’s multiplayer, “Zanzibar”, is going to receive a remake along with “Lockout,” “Ivory Tower,” “Coagulation” and “Ascension.” If anyone is interested in these remade maps then they will have to wait till next month when they will be displayed at Gamescom in Germany.
