Bing Starts Showing Mobile-Friendly Search

Microsoft’s Bing is following the footsteps of Google and it has decided in making its own version of a Mobile Friendly Ranking Algorithm.

Microsoft recently announced that it was taking steps so that it could improve the search rankings for mobile friendly websites. This change is going to be very similar to what Google did with its search engine.

Google also made things easier for mobile users by improving the rankings for mobile friendly websites. Google made the changes last month and changed its ranking algorithm. According to the new Google rankings algorithm, Google penalizes the websites that aren’t mobile friendly.

Some now believe that all of the major companies will now focus on making things easier for mobile users because now there are so many smartphone users in the world. This new update also came at a time when Google was at crossroads.

Now more users are accessing content in native mobile apps. Facebook is an easy example because these days we can see so many people using Facebook through the Facebook app. Google also said that now more searches are taking place on mobile devices than on computers.

The top 10 countries where users are using their mobiles to access Google search also include United States of America and Japan. So this is why it makes sense now. Google is trying to optimize its Google search service for mobile users.

It would affect Google in the revenue business if people started using the Google search service on their mobile devices rather than on their desktop PCs. Some believe that Bing is taking less dramatic steps when compared to Google. Bing will adjust the ranking algorithm more efficiently for mobile users.

There is a big difference between Bing and Google when it comes to changing the algorithm. Google is said to be penalizing webpages that aren’t mobile friendly. Whereas Bing has said that relevant results, even though they’re not mobile friendly, will now be given a bad ranking just because they are not optimized for mobile users.
