Miley Cyrus raised the bar again on showing up naked. This time she attended a party topless. She only covered her nipples with little pads that look like ice cream cones. The whole thing happened at the fashion week in New York. Miley Cyrus joined Alexander Wang’s after show party.

The party evolved in a Rave, which is the current hip way to party in New York. I read somewhere this weekend that New York is taking pointers from the party scene in Berlin, Germany.
