The dead body of missing actress, Misty Upham, was found in suburban Seattle recently.
Misty Upham had been missing for quite awhile now. Police found the dead body of August: Osage County actress, Misty Upham, near a water reservoir in suburban Seattle. A relative of the actress spotted the body while the search was ongoing. The body was seen near the depths of a ravine on the White River.
While the dead body was so disfigured that it could not be known for sure if it really was Misty, her identification card was found along with the physical remains so it was a sure thing that it could only be her.

Auburn police spokesman Steve Stocker said, “The body was found over a cliff in a wooded area.” He also told The Seattle Lines that there is a “good chance” the body is that of Upham, “although we do not have positive identification of the body it is presumed to be Misty Upham.”
Misty Upham was 32 years old at the time when she went missing. The last time she was seen in public was when she was exiting her sibling’s residence. This piece of news was given by her father who appeared very worried about her.
According to her father, Charles, she did have some form of mental illness but she didn’t have suicidal ideation going on in her mind. Her father had expressed his feelings that she was secure as far as finances were concerned.
She had a brilliant career ahead of her and was not self-destructive. But he was worried about her getting hurt in an accident or being duped into injuring herself badly.
“Misty left in a psychodic state of mind with the clothes she had on and her shoulder bag. All if her clothes and other belonging are still here,” Charles wrote on his Facebook in an official press release this Sunday.
“This is the first time in 32 years we have lost contact with her and she stopped contact with everyone. This raises a serious red flag for me but apparently law enforcement officials disagree.”
Misty had played roles previously in Django Unchained and August: Osage County. She had even been chosen for an Independent Spirit Award for her part which she rendered in Frozen River which came out half a dozen years ago.
Misty worked in television series such as Big Love and Skinwalkers. Before news of her death reached her family and the law enforcement officials, she had appeared in scenes of the movie Crawlspace.
The tragic end of Misty Upham occurred due to the fact that she had changed her psychiatric medications and was in the midst of serious depressive symptoms not to mention panic reactions.
Our condolences go out to Misty’s dad and the rest of her family who have lost a bold and beautiful daughter in this tragedy.
