Newcastle Brown Ale Mocking Super Bowl Ad is Hilarious

As you know no other beer brand than Anheuser-Busch InBev owned ones are allowed to advertise at the Super Bowl. Other beer brands only are left with trying to tie themselves to the Super Bowl in other ways. Newcastle Brown Ale just released a very funny campaign titled: If We Made It.

Anheuser-Busch InBev still has exclusive deal with the NFL for its beer brands. This locks all other beer brands out from Super Bowl ads. British brewer Newcastle has released a very funny campaign trying to leverage some of the Super Bowl hype for them.

The brewer release a teaser of the trailer for Newcastle’s mega huge football game ad. Mind you that they are forbidden to use the term Super Bowl in their ad content. Watch this hilarious video below. It is simple, but awesome and I hope it is just the beginning and it will get even better in the next days when the mega huge football game ad will be released on the If We Made it site.

Super Bowl 2014 will take place in New Jersey on February 2. The big game will be played in the Metlife stadium in East Rutherford. It will be the first outdoor, cold-weather Super Bowl.
