Nintendo announced a slew of new games and products for 2015.
Nitendo continues to expand its amiibo line with amiibo cards this fall. The first set of amiibo cards will be based on Animal Crossing characters and will be compatible with the Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer game.
An NFC reader/writer peripheral for Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo 3DS XL and Nintendo 2DS, which offers the functionality for scanning amiibo currently included in the New Nintendo 3DS XL system, will also launch the same day as the new Animal Crossing game.
amiibo seems to really work well for Nintendo. Besides the amiibo cards, Nintendo will launch new Super Smash Bros. Series amiibo, amiibo tap: Nintendo’s Greatest Bits, Yarn Yoshi amiibo, Spatoon amiibo and new Mario Kart 8 amiibo. amiibo are figuriens or toys that are connecting to Wii U or 3DS XL interacting with games. An amiibo can get gamers new outfits, power-ups, or other fun bonuses inside games.
The Wii U will get he Mario Maker game launches exclusively for the Wii U console in September and easily lets users create their own Mario levels and share them online with people all over the world. Mario Maker is going to be big with kids as they love to draw up new Mario levels. With Mario Maker they can do them for real and play them.
Other new titles for the Wii U include Spatoon, 200cc DLC Pack 2 for Mario Kart 8, Nintendo 64 and Nintendo DS Games Hit the Virtual Console Service, Yoshi’s Woolly World, Shin Megami Tensei & Fire Emblem Crossover Project and Fatal Frame Game.
The Nintendo 3DS will get Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer, BoxBoy, new Fire Emblem game, Pokemon Rumble World and Xenoblade Chronicles 3D.
