OSHBOT is The First Retail Robot exhibited at CES 2015

Fellow Robots developed the OSHBOT robot with the help of Lowe’s Innovation Labs.

Fellow Robots in partnership with Lowe’s Innovation Labs have developed their first ever retail robot named OSHBOT. This they introduced at the CES 2015 in Las Vegas. In order to tell more about this new innovation Fellow Robots CEO, Marco Mascorro will be available to the Media at the CES 2015 for a personal introduction.

Retail Robotics is one of the most exciting, thrilling and fast growing new market and it seems that Fellow Robots is at the forefront with its new robot OSHBOT. OSHBOT can itself navigate through stores and help communicate with customers to understand what they require and can even locate the required items quickly. Moreover OSHBOT has incorporated the latest of all the advanced technologies.

This new robot will be a big help for all retail stores and people that shop as it will easily and quickly solve their issues. However new innovation such as these robots /4/prove to be bad for people who find that they are losing jobs because of these technologies.

The new retail robot has been equipped with voice recognition technology and advanced sensors. Moreover the new innovation also has autonomous navigation. In order for the robot to detect goods at the stores it has been equipped with 3D capability and a product scanner at the top.

At the lowest level of the robot is the obstacle avoidance which uses smart laser technology that helps the robot from bumping into things. In all OSHBOT is 5ft tall with a front screen that is 19.5 inches and a back screen that is 29 inches.

The first retail robot OSHBOT will also join the Robotics Trends Media Panel on the attitudes and opportunities of advanced robotics in consumerism, healthcare, defense and even personal uses. The company will display this technology at the CES 2015 on January 8th Thursday from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Venetian Level 1, Casanova.

Moreover the company is also providing consumers the opportunity to arrange a meeting or an interview with the new robot OSHBOT or the CEO of Fellow Robots Marco Mascorro.
