- The AC/DC drummer reportedly hired a hitman who was paid to kill two people.
- Phil Rudd was charged with attempting to procure a murder.
No one saw this coming. We all thought Phil was a good man until he was charged with attempting to procure a murder. The drummer appeared in the Tauranga District court. The 60 year old drummer was wearing a sweater and jeans. The drummer said nothing while he was on the dock of the court.
Phil Rudd was soon released on bail. Phil Rudd will appear in front of the court in three weeks. As he didn’t enter any plea while he was at the court, the hearing has been delayed. As there was media in the court, Rudd’s lawyer argued that the media just wants to get photos of Rudd at his worst.
Judge allowed the media to enter and film Rudd. One of the alleged victims claimed that Phil wasn’t in a position to speak as he didn’t want to say anything before speaking with his lawyer. Phil has been under custody of the police since this morning. His house was raided and Phil was arrested.
As Rudd was being given the bail, he was told that he can’t contact the person he hired to kill those other two men. The charges on Rudd said that he tried to kill two men and now police had the names of those two men. The police now also has the name of the hitman and all of the information has been forwarded to the judge.
AC/DC fans are worried about Phil Rudd. They are hoping that the charges are not true. They want the band to tour again and have expressed their concern on the AC/DC website. The new AC/DC album is about to come out next month but now the fans are worried that they won’t be able to get their hands on the new album because of this incident.
As Rudd was leaving the court on bail, he got into a Mercedes Kompressor convertible and a blonde woman was driving the car. Phil Rudd immediately refused to talk to the media as he was leaving the court. It seems like the drummer is guilty and that is why he didn’t want to talk to anyone.
If he was not guilty he would had tried to get on the media and tried to tell his friends and fans that he is not guilty and that he didn’t get anyone to kill those two men. Alongside the murder charges, Phil Rudd was also charged with possession of cannabis and methamphetamine.
The former AC/DC manager said that the whole situation was kind of a shock and that they never expected Phil to do such a thing. All of his friends, family and fans are hoping that the charges are a hoax and that they go away. AC/DC’s new album is set to launch on 2nd December. The band has sold over 200million copies of their albums.
