Samsung debuts 5.5-inch Galaxy A7, its Slimmest Smartphone with 8-core Processor and 13MP Camera

Samsung Galaxy A7 is one of the slimmest Galaxy smartphones launched by Samsung.

Samsung has introduced one its slimmest Galaxy smartphone, equipped with the essential hardware for a superior social experience. The Galaxy A7, which has been expanded on the renowned services that were provided by the Galaxy A5 and A3.

This new smartphone by Samsung will offer its users a larger display and a more powerful performance. The Galaxy A7 has been combined with powerful multitasking performance and a sophisticated design and will enable the users to share each of their moment seamlessly on their preferred social media platform. 

JK Shin the CEO and Head of IT & Mobile Communication at Samsung Electronics stated that the company strives to create devices that appeal to a broad range of consumers and which are ahead of the upcoming social trend. Shin also stated that the combining of a stunning metallic design and a powerful performance, this Galaxy smartphone is stylish and also delivers a superior user experience. 

Now the Galaxy A7 comes along with a multicore processor which combines two separate quad core processors and so enables users to quickly perform data intensive tasks. Moreover the smartphone has been equipped with 16GB of memory and a 2GB of RAM in order to power all of a user’s favorite apps and media.

Plus Samsung also added a long-lasting 2600mAh battery to this smartphone. This means that users will be able to enjoy their favorite app for a long time without any fear of low battery. 

The intuitive features that were experienced in the Galaxy A5 and A3 will also be supported by this model. However the A7 will be equipped with an advanced 5 Megapixel front facing camera along with advanced selfie features which includes the ‘Ultra Wide Shot’ and ‘Auto Selfie’ modes, which will make it possible to take a selfie using only the voice command or even a simple wave of the hand.

This shows that Samsung has kept in mind the new trend of selfies and so has provided its users with an easy and simple way to take them. Moreover the A7 will also feature ‘Always Clear Voice Auto Control’ in order to reduce noise from the surrounding environment.

Plus the smartphone will also be equipped with LTE Category 4 support for quick and easy photo and video uploads on any social network the user prefers. For security reasons Samsung has added a Private Mode to this model which basically adds an extra layer of security for important files and documents. 

This model will also run Android 4.4 KitKat and a display of 5.5 inches and will have sensors such as accelerometer, proximity, RGB, Hall and geomagnetic. After the drop in sales of Galaxy S5 and Note 4, Samsung it seems will now also rely on its other series plus the A7 has been priced at around $420. With such new features it seems as if this model will make an impact on the market.
