Samsung Galaxy Tab E 9.6 is a hot topic these days and once again showed up in a number of promotional images along with some specs. As expected the upcoming tablet from Samsung will come in two variants, Wifi with model numbers SM-T560 and 3G with model SM-T561and yes you guessed it right no 4G model so far.

Coming to the specs Galaxy E 9.6 will feature a 1,280 x 800px screen with a 4:3 aspect ratio and will be powered by a Spreadtrum SC7730SE chipset with a quad-core Cortex-A7 clocked at 1.3GHz along with 1.5 GB of RAM and Mali-400MP4 GPU.Now these specs fails to impress but the expected price of €180 and €200 makes it a good buy. Not to forget it will support up to 128GB microSD card with 8GB of internal storage.

Galaxy E 9.6 will be 8.5mm thick and feature a fabric-like pattern on the back adding its beauty. And no don’t expect any wonders with the cameras, the back camera will be a 5MP shooter while 2MP front camera will be good for taking selfies.

Interestingly it will be running on Android 4.4 KitKat rather than Android 5.0 Lollipop and feature split-screen multitasking which is a must feature in tablets these days. It will also come preloaded with Microsoft Office package.Unfortunately all this package will be powered by a smaller 5000mAh battery.

Initially Galaxy E 9.6 will be released in Asian markets along with Eastern Europe, Samsung might launch it in the rest of the world later but there is no word on this yet.
