Actor, Jesse Eisenberg plays Lex Luthor’s part in director Zack Snyder’s new movie titled Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
An ideal bad guy does less self-talk and more dirty action. And he doesn’t let on too much regarding what plans he will hatch in the future. Zack Snyder’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is pretty much being kept under wraps for now.
Cameo appearances by Aquaman and Wonder Woman will be there though as far as the language leaks tell us. As for Jesse Eisenberg of The Social Network fame, he will be there in the capacity of the villainous Lex Luthor.
According to Snyder, Jesse will blow away the competition by his role as a nefarious criminal. And one more thing: he will have a bald pate. Jesse’s first look as villain Lex Luthor is published by Entertainment Weekly.
Jesse Eisenberg’s first look as Lex Luthor was taken by set photographer Clay Enos of the movie Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’s. Enos also posted this first look photo on his own Instagram account. See his instagram below.
J’sesse acting chops as the crafty and wily Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook in The Social Network will come in handy as material for the arch-villain he plays in this movie. His scheme to take over the world accompanied by some very natural moves that are deadlier than dynamite will make Jesse the perfect foil for the superheroes.
While Jesse as Lex will be pretty bad through and through, he has one thing going for him…he is not a big fat false fellow. He is lean, mean and a fighting machine. What he says is what is in his mind. There is really no actor’s dilemma involved here.
He is a sharp-as-razor-wire man who is not into suffering fools gladly. He says what he means and means what he says. While every era is known by its heroes and warriors, it is also significant that the tramps, hobos, bad guys and villains and vamps make up the dark side or shadow figures of these positive role models.
Rather like a Charles Manson being on the other side of the fence from a Martin Luther King Jr., so Lex Luthor has a paranoid streak that is light years from the clear conscience and general benign cheerfulness of the average good guy.
Jesse will be bringing his alter ego into play and giving hate a chance instead of the forces of love. As for Zack Snyder, he is fully supportive of Jesse whom he sees as a brilliant actor with a promising career ahead of him. Be on the lookout for the movie when it does come out and don’t forget…you will get to gaze at the chrome dome of Jesse Eisenberg as a bonus!
