Small Business Saturday saves $30 with Amex

Today is Small Business Saturday 2014. This sales event is aimed at promoting to shop at small businesses in your neighborhood. American Express is behind the Small Business Saturday initiative.

Big retailers launched Cyber Monday sales today and small businesses are marking the day after Black Friday with the Small Business Saturday. In 2010, American Express founded Small Business Saturday to help businesses with their most pressing need of getting more customers.

Small Business Saturday encourages people to shop at small businesses on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. 

American Express card members can save up to $30 today. You get $10 back up to 3 times when you shop at a small business today.
