Country star Blake Shelton is rumored to be in talks to sing the National Anthem at the Super Bowl 2015.

The Super Bowl 2015 is on February 1, 2015. The biggest event on Television will have the AFC and NFC face-off for the Super Bowl 2015 win. The AFC champion and the NFC champion will be determined on January 18. Besides the game there is a lot of entertainment. Katy Perry will perform the Super Bowl 2015 half-time show and of course there are the Super Bowl ads.

So far the NFL has not revealed who will sing the National Anthem at the Super Bowl 2015. Last year opera singer Renee Fleming belted out the National Anthem. Hollywood Life reports that a source told them that country star Blake Shelton has been asked to perform the National Anthem this year. According to the report Blake Shelton is up for it and the announcement is supposed to come during one of the playoff games.
